Specialist Music Programme

The Specialist Music Courses are individual lessons structured to develop good musicianship, technical and performance skills, and developing a diverse practical portfolio of solo and ensemble works. The dynamic curriculum is complemented by music theory classes, chamber music activities and performing opportunities.

The Specialist Faculty consists of highly qualified teachers, distinguished arts educators and professional musicians with support from a network of international visiting artists.

International Music Study Trips

Allegro Music & Arts International Music Study Trips are cultural exchange programmes in collaboration with our network of visiting artists and music professors abroad. The programme includes:

  • Intensive lessons with international music professors
  • Chamber music coaching and concert/performance
  • Cultural excursions to world class institutions, museums, galleries, luthier workshops and cities

General auditions are conducted upon enrolment. Students are required to perform two contrasting works of their own choice. Scales, sight-reading and aural tests will also be assessed.
